Now I am going to analyse three different film posters this will help me get a good idea of the layout of a poster and good effects used in real posters that i mi8ght be able to use.
The first poster is advertising for a james bond movie called casino royal. This is a really good poster to analyse as the film that i will base my products on will be very similar to this film.

The Next poster I will analyse is not really from an agent film that will be similar to mine but it has used some clever techniques that make the poster stand out. This poster is advertising for the film HITMAN which is an action film so it is in the same genre as the film i will be creating.

The Next film poster that I am going to analyse is advertising for the film Bourne Ultimatum which is one of a series of Bourne films and is also an action and adventure film. My film is likely to include similar things to this film and the film being a series shows you that it is quite a popular film.
After analysing these posters it is clear that some things that i could include that would help me create a good poster are:
- The background should not stand out more than the main image picture.
- The title of the film should be placed at the bottom of the page centred.
- Should use the common font used for people featuring in the film which is put at the bottom of the poster.
- The background should look interesting as well as the main image.
- Their should be a release date on the poster.
- The fonts used for any piece of writing on the page should stand out from the background.
- The main image of the character should be the biggest image on the page.
Good stuff, Chris - consider the connotations of colour.
